Starting 2025 Strong

As January comes to a close, we’re entering an exciting phase filled with growth and opportunity. This month marks a significant milestone for Adept, as our operations team prepares to mobilise four new contracts. This exciting phase will also see us welcoming over 30 talented individuals to the Adept family.

Ensuring a seamless transition for our clients and new team members is our top priority. Mobilising these contracts involves careful planning, collaboration, and attention to detail, from onboarding and training staff to aligning with client expectations. It’s a testament to our team’s dedication to living our values and delivering the highest standards.

A Moment of Pride

This week, we’re celebrating a particularly proud moment for our team. On Thursday, Luke, one of our security officers, will be stepping up to share his employment journey at the Greater Manchester Citizens Delegates Assembly.

Luke’s story embodies Adept’s People First philosophy, highlighting how meaningful support and opportunity can make a difference in shaping individual growth. To see Luke represent Adept on such a significant platform is an honour and a reflection of the culture we’ve worked hard to build.

The Assembly is an important event, bringing together faith groups, schools, housing, health, and third-sector organisations to share stories, discuss priorities, and take meaningful action for a better Greater Manchester.

As we move into February, the momentum continues. Here’s a sneak peek of what’s coming up:
