What a night! The Adept Annual Awards was a truly special evening—an incredible venue at The Stables, a brilliant atmosphere, and most importantly, a chance to celebrate the outstanding people who make Adept what it is.

A massive congratulations to all this year’s winners; your hard work, dedication, and commitment don’t go unnoticed. These awards are about recognising the best of the best, and this year’s group exemplified everything Adept stands for.

But this year’s awards were about more than just celebration – they were also about remembrance. At the start of the year, we sadly lost Qal Shah, one of Adept’s originals and a true embodiment of everything this company values. His presence, integrity, and unwavering dedication left a lasting impact, and we wanted to make sure his legacy continues.

That’s why we introduced a new award: The Heart of Adept. This award is in Qal’s honour and was presented to his family as the first-ever recipient. Going forward, The Heart of Adept Award will be given each year to a colleague who represents the same values that Qal stood for; loyalty, integrity, and an unshakable commitment to their team.

 

 

What made the night even more special was hearing directly from our people. Throughout the evening, many took the time to share how proud they are to work for Adept and how much it means to be recognised for their efforts. It was a humbling moment, standing in a room filled with individuals who have truly made a difference—including those who have saved lives. Their dedication, professionalism, and quiet heroism are what define Adept, and it was an honour to celebrate them properly.
